These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order with AnneHJewelry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, change product prices at any time without prior notice, and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website, including product descriptions, pricing, or product availability.

All information provided on this website is for general guidance only and may occasionally contain errors.

3. Payment

We currently accept payment through Klarna, including Pay Now, Pay in 30 Days, and Pay in 3 Instalments, as well as Clearpay, which allows payment in 4 instalments over 8 weeks.

Please use these payment services responsibly. Missed or late payments may result in additional fees and could affect your credit rating in accordance with the payment provider's own terms and conditions.

4. Delivery & Missing Parcels

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.

Once we receive your notification, we will immediately open an investigation with the shipping carrier. These investigations typically take up to 10 working days to complete. During this period, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.

If the courier confirms that the parcel was lost during transit, we will provide a replacement wherever possible. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnneHJewelry is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, losses resulting from interruptions to our website or services, errors or temporary inaccuracies on the website, or changes made to our products, services, or website content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
